Day 9: Cooking Without Compromise

All-Electric Culinary Suite

For most mobile kitchens, cooking is an afterthought.

Two gas burners. A microwave. Maybe a tiny fridge. It’s functional—but barely.

For Living Vehicle’s CyberTrailer, that wasn’t going to cut it.

From the start, I knew the CyberTrailer needed a kitchen you’d actually want to use. Not just something that works—but something that inspires.

So, we rethought everything: No propane. No shortcuts. Just performance, safety, and modern convenience—completely electric, fully off-grid capable, and designed to deliver a true residential experience.

Let’s start with the sink—and the dishwasher.

Yes, they’re the same unit. But this isn’t some novelty—it’s a solution to the small-space kitchen problem that’s long overdue.

In traditional RVs, dishwashers are rare. And when they do exist, they’re typically floor-mounted, awkward to load, and waste precious cabinet space. Worse, you’re forced to crouch and drip water across the floor every time you clean up.

We wanted better.

So we integrated a 2-in-1 countertop dishwasher—seamlessly built into the sink itself. Top-loading, front-free, and refreshingly easy to use. No bending down, no dripping mess. It’s right where you’re already working, and when the cycle runs, the glass lid becomes additional counter space. Want to air dry a few dishes or stack clean ones while prepping? Done. It’s a multi-use surface that actually earns its footprint.

Touchscreen controls stay hidden until you need them. The high-temp jets and clever interior rack system handle up to 20 items at once—all using less water than handwashing, and operating so quietly you’ll forget it’s running.

This is not just a design flourish. It’s smart, modern functionality that turns cleanup into a clean experience.

Minimalist in appearance. Game-changing in use. A perfect example of how every inch of the CyberTrailer kitchen was designed not just to look good—but to live even better.

Above the sink is a filtered water tap that delivers near-boiling and chilled water on demand—perfect for morning tea, hot rinses, or filling a water bottle—no waiting, no extra equipment. The system features an instant heat tank, built-in filtration, and a matte black dual-handle faucet that seamlessly blends into the counter.

At the heart of the cooking setup is the dual-zone induction cooktop. It’s flush-mounted into the counter with a glass surface that’s easy to clean and cool to the touch when off. It delivers instant heat, precise control, and eliminates the fire hazards associated with propane or gas. Plus, it’s incredibly efficient—perfect for a trailer running on battery power.

Above it is a pull-out range hood with a stainless steel front, ducted exhaust, and up to 300 CFM of ventilation. It disappears when not in use and includes built-in lighting for clean, task-ready functions.

For everything else—roasting, baking, reheating—there’s the convection microwave + air fryer combo. With a stainless interior, digital controls, and multiple modes, it handles full meals without heating up the whole cabin.

Cold storage comes from an all-electric bottom-freezer refrigerator. It’s an 8.7 cu. ft. model, ENERGY STAR rated, with deep drawers, a wine rack, and adjustable shelving. Unlike typical RV fridges that struggle off-grid, this one performs. Quietly. Efficiently. Reliably.

Together, this suite doesn’t just replicate a residential kitchen—it improves it for mobile living. It’s safer. It’s easier to clean. And it gives you total control with no gas lines, no tank refills, and no second-guessing your power source.

It all runs on electricity—designed to integrate seamlessly with the CyberTrailer’s advanced energy platform. Whether you’re deep in the desert or parked at a frosty trailhead, you’re free to cook, clean, and live well—without compromise.

This is what a kitchen looks like when you design for real life, not just specs.
