We believe proactive and comprehensive education is key for a great ownership experience. Every LV owner is enrolled in our online program to learn the ins and outs of using their Living Vehicle.

Matthew Hofmann has designed the course to be interactive and fun! We want to ensure you have all the knowledge necessary to properly operate your new LV well before you take delivery. When it is time to move into your new Living Vehicle, you will feel confident and prepared. The culmination of the LVUniversity course series is completed with your private orientation and delivery at the LVHQ in Santa Barbara, California.  

Living Vehicle Orientation

Every new and preowned certified Living Vehicle includes the exclusive LV Orientation in Santa Barbara, CA, the American Riviera. Here, you will take delivery of your new LV.  This experience is like none other and includes:
A one-night complimentary stay at the Hotel Californian in Santa Barbara, CA. 
Breakfast and a catered lunch on us the day of your orientation.
Introduction to your dedicated LV-Care representative.
Q&A session and identification of all systems, features, and components in your LV.
Review of the performance on the LV University coursework and focus on any areas that may need extra attention. 
Shipment coordination should you wish to take delivery out of state.
[Update: December, 2020] Due to COVID-19, Living Vehicle is making accommodations to the in-person delivery requirement and will make exceptions on a case-by-case basis to perform remote orientations as required.  
The LV customer service is tremendous and the whole experience of dealing with Living Vehicle has been superb. Response is immediate, and a solution has been provided with little or no delay. Wally Hofmann is a pleasure to spend time with, and his commitment to customer service is extremely impressive.
