Introducing the 30-foot long, 3-axle beast of a modern masterpiece, the HD model features a redesigned bedroom with multiple options, including a King bed. The fully integrated Mini-Split HVAC system accommodates the expanded solar roof.
Living Vehicle welcomes the HD lineup, with the CORE establishing the entry point of the HD family. The HD-CORE becomes the basis for freedom from the grid, an insurance policy for natural disasters, and fierce independence of autonomous living. Our vision is to create a vehicle that ultimately produces resources to become Net-Zero. Resource generation means freedom to be wherever you want to be by producing energy from the sun to run all major systems. A robust 2,000 Watts of raw solar power comes standard on every HD-CORE configuration.
At 21kWh of energy storage and 6kW of pure sine wave inverter power, the HD-CORE [LVenergy] system has the energy capacity and power supply capable of running vital off-grid equipment in the Living Vehicle. Engineered with highly efficient electronics, the HD-CORE is a beautiful entry point to the family of [LVenergy].
The innovative HD-CORE has luxurious sleeping accommodations for the Living Vehicle. Featuring an array of bedroom layouts including a King, Queen, Bunk Room, and Split Twin options, the sleeping experience has never more resembled a 5-star hotel.
With tremendous efficiency, the SEER 21 system draws a fraction of the power of comparable traditional RV-style rooftop systems. Featuring heat and cooling capabilities, the combined 24K BTU conditioning power makes exploration to the hottest and coolest climates an off-grid reality, ultra-efficient, and completely electric.
The energy stored in the [LVenergy] System may be transferred into an Electric Vehicle. When depleted, the LV® recharges completely off-grid using solar, Energy Integration, or Backup Generator power. Level 1 120V power provision for all basic electrical charging needs.
The HD-MAX is built to exist off-grid for extended periods. Major equipment groups are added to the HD-MAX trim including the most optioned Good Housekeeping option. With 2 times the energy capacity of the entry level configuration, the HD-MAX is an extremely capable off-grid vehicle.

A 48" horizontal knife-edge aluminum plane extends out to space on the entry side of the HD-MAX and is only possible by clearing the roof of all equipment and relocating to the basement. When viewed from above and extended, the roof of the Living Vehicle is covered with 3,000 watts of ultra-efficient, industry-leading solar panels. The Solar Awning is a proprietary design by Living Vehicle® that doubles the amount of solar. Providing shade for the entire patio side of the LV, the solar awnings are deployed in a matter of seconds with the simple flip of a switch.

The innovative HD model comes with new and never-before-seen accommodations for the Living Vehicle®. Welcome to the King Bedroom Suite.
The king bed is truly luxurious and explicitly designed for those who enjoy the most luxurious sleeping space. An LVenergy powered outlet and USB charging station anchor a dedicated nightstand on each side of the bed. The two-touch operation, dimmable, and flexible neck LED reading lights are centered on each side of the bed.
The King Bedroom suite is unmatched for those who place a high value on gear storage. A 6-drawer dresser is accessed from the foot of the bed to supplement the 35 cubic foot lift-up storage compartment. An overhead storage compartment is centered over the bed with multiple secure storage lockers.
The expanded 6-foot-wide closet houses a full-height hanging clothes rod, upper shelf, and storage module with an optional washer/ dryer.

The Dreamwave DW 200 mattress is a popular, universal mattress that is Firm and Comfortable and is standard on every Living Vehicle. It consists of high-quality Kaltschaum (cold foam) to provide support, durability, and consistent firmness. Multiple air pockets are cut into the shoulder to offer gentle forming shoulder support and firm support in the lumbar region.
The OptimoLatex is a Natural Latex mattress that is 6.5 inches thick. It has a uniform and vertically perforated core with hundreds of air pockets. It is a medium, comfortable mattress with more dense support than the Kaltschaum (cold foam) mattresses, and natural latex has superior conforming properties. It is very elastic and will fill in the body's air spaces without a mushy sensation like memory foam. Rather than sinking into a mold, the latex suspends the body, so it is less of a struggle to move side to side and off the mattress.
The Austroflex mattress is our most comfortable Premium Luxury model. It has the highest quality, EMC, and Kaltschaum (cold foam) for excellent support, durability, and consistent firmness. Site setup has never been easier. The proprietary Living Vehicle® patio deck system may be fully deployed in minutes. Install the included power cable with a momentary switch to engage the high-capacity power winch located down in the basement to activate the deck mechanism.
The Adventure Gear Garage
The Living Vehicle® comes with a universal 2" hitch style receiver for all gear storage solutions that provide ultimate flexibility and capability. With a vertical load capacity of up to 500 lbs., the mount will accommodate all types of off-the-shelf storage racks, including bike racks, gear lockers, SUP storage, and many more.
The PRO Model Exclusive
The protective coating is visually and functionally striking as a grounding element on the PRO model. Specialized, high-performance spray-on elastomeric coating is engineered for maximum durability, absorption of impacts, and resistance to damage by remaining flexible and robust.
An absolute innovation in the industry, Living Vehicle® features a dual-zone, fully integrated, European-style mini-split air conditioning system.
The air conditioning system on the Living Vehicle® can be run entirely off-grid from the LVenergy system, but that’s not all. Time-Saving Electronic Service Touchpoints
Zero-effort pull-out technology allows utility connection points to be accessed at a moment's notice. Motorized retraction organizes hose and cord systems in a highly convenient storage system.
Designed for large families with extra sleeping accommodations, the Living Vehicle® Bunk Room adds a modular electronically deployable bunk bed system of two levels of queen beds. Tucked up neatly against the ceiling is a second queen bed that lowers down with the push of a button to create queen bunk beds.
This space accommodates four adults, or children and families needing additional sleeping areas. The upper bed is accessed by a mountable and stowable aluminum ladder for easy access.
The lower residential-size Queen Bedroom Suite has been the standard sleeping arrangement since the inception of Living Vehicle®. The Solar Awning is a proprietary design by Living Vehicle® that doubles the amount of solar. The top layer of panels exposed to the environment will always be charging, even when towing the vehicle.
The solar awning is deployed in seconds with the flip of a switch providing shade for the patio side of the LV.
A new option for 2021 and exclusively available on the PRO model is Level 2 charging for electric vehicles.
This allows companion vehicles to be charged at about 15 times the speed of the standard Level 1 charging. Powered by dual 8 kW inverters with a total power of 16,000 Watts, this option provides a tremendous amount of power. This amount of power while available off-grid is staggering. Put into comparison, 12,000 watts is the total amount of power available on a Class A 50-amp style plug that is found to power most large diesel busses and motorhomes when plugged in to a proper shore-power connection. This means you literally have more power available than a full-size diesel coach plugged in to shore power. Oh yea, the surge capacity goes well beyond 16,000 Watts. Crazy.

Peace of Mind
The Remote Security package provides a series of security upgrades to provide additional safety measures while traveling. A video doorbell provides the owner real-time visibility from the entry side of the Living Vehicle® from virtually anywhere in the world.
The entry door is elevated with a 2” insulated double seal with a commercial-style pin and latch locking mechanism. A keypad combination for a code-based entry point and a heavy-duty latch mechanism is included.
A digital combination safe is mounted in the bedroom for securely storing valuables.
The Immersive Big Screen Experience
The Home Theater package transforms the bedroom into a high-end mobile cinema HD video and surround sound experience. Centering the private theater room is a 70" pull-down screen with an overhead ceiling-mounted projector at the rear of the room that displays 4K HD video and seamlessly blends into the space's modern design.
Architectural speakers are mounted flush in the ceiling to provide crystal clear audio in surround sound accompanied by the hard-hitting SONOS (1) subwoofer. The audio and video are controlled wirelessly with iOS and Android devices.

Rapid-Charge While Towing, Leveraging the Power of the Diesel Engine
The proprietary LVenergy alternator is installed into the owner’s tow vehicle. Built for high power and rapid charging, the system may be engaged while towing or parked and running the engine idle
1. Alternator and bracket kit supplied by Living Vehicle®. Installation in the customer’s tow vehicle is the responsibility of the customer’s preferred vehicle dealer. Architectural-Grade Audiophile Sound
The Hi-Fi Audio package utilizes the most modern audio technology for a supremely elevated audio experience through multiple zones of Living Vehicle®. Powered by SONOS (1), this becomes the digital entertainment hub of the audio and video system. Top-of-the-line in-ceiling speakers by Sonance (2) feature directional tweeters for crystal clear highs displaying a 6-1/2" woofer and 1" tweeter. Powering the subwoofer are two speaker drivers at the center of the Sub facing inward to eliminate vibration and rattle, so all you hear is pure bass.

The Mobile Connectivity package utilizes state-of-the-art technology from industry leaders in cell and WIFI boosting functionality to significantly extend the connectivity and speed of multiple mobile data sources. Compatible with the industry’s leading internet technology, the WIFI booster combines outdoor WIFI antennas, an LTE modem, and Starlink® (1).
Starlink satellite is fully compatable with the Mobile Connectivity Option and may be purchased at the time of delivery for an additional fee, direct from Starlink.

With this addition and Living Vehicle’s self-sufficient technology and enduring, sustainable power, editors, producers, animators, architects, developers, and all decentralized creative professions in between can seamlessly work on the road without being beholden to brick-and-mortar studios for ultimate freedom and creativity.

These tools allow modern professionals, who are heavily reliant on key hardware, to perform their job at a high level, and to do so from anywhere – whether it is arriving at the family ski vacation early without working late or editing footage on location in real-time from the comfort of a Living Vehicle. Living Vehicle is the only off-grid trailer with the power and devices to run a technologically reliant business from the utmost remote locations – from the snow-capped mountains of Montana to the arid desert of Moab – harmoniously, without compromising on equipment or location.

Learn More About LV Creative StudioThe 4-Season Performance package extends the thermal capability of the Living Vehicle® to allow travel to more extreme ranges in both hot and cold climates. Adding the 4-Season Performance package lowers the minimum rating to 0˚F and the maximum rating to 110˚F.¹
1. Temperature ratings are for extended periods while connected to shore or generator power. When running off-grid, the temperature ratings will still apply with the Backup Power Generation package installed. As the maximum and minimum temperature ratings are approached, the length of off-grid trip time will be reduced.
2. This maximum temperature rating is purely a factor of available power supply and capacity during travel with adequate sun for solar recharging on an ongoing basis.
Push-Button Site Setup - A Rock Solid Foundation
Previously reserved for commercial-style coaches and buses, this hydraulic leveling system will automatically deploy 4-point stainless-steel legs and lift the Living Vehicle® in various terrain environments. Simple, one-touch operation for fully automatic leveling of the Living Vehicle. (1)
The 2022 model lineup comes standard with a whopping 4,000 lbs of carrying capacity on the base model of the CORE. The MAX-HD and PRO-HD are standard equipment for 2021 and include electric/ hydraulic disc brakes with GVWR ratings up to 18k lbs. All models include the same stunning 4,500 lbs. of carrying capacity. 1

For those who desire to access the most remote areas of our world, the All-Terrain Capability package will provide the enhanced equipment to get you there – and take Living Vehicle® farther than ever.
The LV wheel and tire package is designed to resist punctures and reduce tire failures when traveling over maintained dirt and gravel roads. When winter weather arrives, the all-terrain tires will provide extra traction in wet and snow environments.
Behind the scenes, electric over hydraulic independent disc brakes are installed at each wheel, providing ultimate stopping power.
The Safety and Performance Standard with Tow Vehicle Unification
Designed to move, the Living Vehicle® is built from the ground up for safe and stable towing. A camera system is installed with a rear camera and an in-vehicle monitoring screen for excellent travel visibility.
For late-model tow vehicles, the Performance Towing package can integrate directly into the Tow-Vehicle in-dash monitor.

As living, breathing creatures, we are highly concerned with the air quality inside the spaces we create. Protecting the air from harmful chemicals and dust particles is no easy feat and requires careful attention to design concepts, material specifications, and the products used to assemble every LV.
Living Vehicle® is proud to exceed USGBC LEED criteria for indoor air quality, as certified by world-renowned environmental consulting firm J.S. Held. The Living Vehicle meets the most stringent indoor air quality requirements of all government agencies like OSHA and the EPA.
Using the most sensitive methods, testing of Living Vehicle’s trailer found no detectable amounts of formaldehyde. Levels of other chemicals, contaminants, irritants, and VOCs were all found to be well within acceptable safe limits.
Given the uncertainty of the natural resource quality we travel to, the Air and Water Quality package is designed to improve the air and water quality inside your Living Vehicle®. We are providing real-time data to monitor the health of your LV® from anywhere in the world. Extremely energy efficient by design, running the air purifier daily requires as little as 1kWh of electricity 24/7/365. U.V. treated water at the kitchen countertop provides the cleanest drinking water possible. (1)

The Hidden Guest Bedroom
In a stroke of adaptable design magic, welcoming visitors to your home is always having a guest bed “at the ready.” The Automatic EuroLoft™ package adds a conveniently hidden space for two guests to sleep and increases the LV® sleeping capacity from the standard of 4 adults to 6. By deploying the bed with a simple push of a button, a guest sleeping area is revealed and ready for slumber in a matter of seconds. Rated for up to 600 lbs., safety features like a mountable access ladder are installed for easy bed access to the bed, and a safety railing protects while sleeping. (1)

The Chef’s Kitchen package elevates the function and luxury of Living Vehicle® cooking and entertaining lifestyle. Fully electric appliances and equipment are exclusive to and only available on the PRO trim level. Powered by the LVenergy system, the Electrified Chef’s Kitchen leverages the massive onboard energy reserves and provides 240/120V of power.
Indoor Cooking
At the center of the cooking experience, the marine-grade oven by Bosch (1) functions as a traditional oven and doubles as a convection microwave. For ease of cooking using ultra-powerful and rapid heat transfer, a multi-burner induction cooktop by True Induction (2) features a perfectly flat glass surface and is extremely easy to clean.

The Luxury Housekeeping package is about reducing the necessary tasks that occupy much of our daily routine to free up time to do the things we love. Created from a suite of equipment designed to make the daily tasks of living ever more convenient, this is the most optioned package offered by Living Vehicle.
1. The washer/dryer is designed to be used both on and off grid when property configured. When off-grid, the dishwasher and dryer consume a large amount of energy. To utilize the washer/dryer or dishwasher while off-grid, select the Backup Power Generation package.

Let there be light! The skylight package installs two carefully placed skylights to bring the outdoors in.
One of the best sleep aids conceived is the bedroom skylight; watching shooting stars while perfectly cozy just before slumber is the ultimate relaxation.
The bathroom shower is elevated, quite literally, with the shower-view skylight. Letting in copious amounts of light, the emotive feeling of bathing outdoors is sublime.
Elemental Bathing Experience
The Spa Bathroom package elevates the comfort, luxury, and convenience in the Living Vehicle® bathroom. The bath is transformed into a suite of highly functional equipment and sublime finishes, allowing for a fresh, peaceful, high-end retreat experience.
Maximize Resources
All the Spa Bathroom option features are maintained with a compost toilet replacing the standard toilet. The installation of the compost toilet fundamentally redesigns the wastewater management system.
The Living Vehicle® converts the existing black water tank into a secondary greywater tank. This design nearly doubles the capacity of the standard gray water tank system and creates significant resource savings for traveling off-grid.

Instant Spatial Adaptation
Living Vehicle is a shapeshifter – designed to suit the needs of many uses in one adaptable solution. When converting between functional uses, the ease of conversion from one to the next is dramatically enhanced with the elevated convenience of the Interior Automation package.

The Ultimate Ergonomic Bed Solution
Superior comfort is the foundation of this 3D multi-dimensional, fully adjustable, patented suspension system. The design provides a bed base that sleeps like a luxury sports car. The mechanical platform is crafted with flexible, body contour-fitting slats with an ergonomic design that contours to the human body.
The dual-zone head and foot may be raised independently for any number of sleeping, reading, or entertainment viewing positions – with the simple push of a remote control. Ultra-high quality, contour-fitting cold foam is purpose-built to be extremely comfortable.
Three Mattress Options:
The Dreamwave DW 200 mattress is a popular, universal mattress that is Firm and Comfortable and is standard on every Living Vehicle. It consists of high-quality Kaltschaum (cold foam) to provide support, durability, and consistent firmness. Multiple air pockets are cut into the shoulder to offer gentle forming shoulder support and firm support in the lumbar region.
The OptimoLatex is a Natural Latex mattress that is 6.5 inches thick. It has a uniform and vertically perforated core with hundreds of air pockets. It is a medium, comfortable mattress with more dense support than the Kaltschaum (cold foam) mattresses, and natural latex has superior conforming properties. It is very elastic and will fill in the body's air spaces without a mushy sensation like memory foam. Rather than sinking into a mold, the latex suspends the body, so it is less of a struggle to move side to side and off the mattress.
The Austroflex mattress is our most comfortable Premium Luxury model. It has the highest quality, EMC, and Kaltschaum (cold foam) for excellent support, durability, and consistent firmness. Multiple air pockets of different shapes are cut into the multi-layer core to provide gentle forming shoulder comfort and firmer support in the lumbar region. These differences are reinforced with varying densities of foam – softer in the shoulder, firmer in the back.
