The Euro-Loft Bed package provides a “hidden sleeping space,” stored above the dining area and lounge. The bed electronically converts with the push of a button into a multi-zone bedroom for a total sleeping capacity of 6 adults.
The Good-Housekeeping Package saves significant time on a daily basis with the installed washer/dryer combination unit in the bedroom. A 6-setting dishwasher in the kitchen provides for both on and off-grid convenience while saving precious resources when compared to washing by hand. The central vacuum reaches all corners of the unit for a quick and easy clean with industry leading suction power.
The Mobile Connectivity Package provides digital connectivity for off-grid use. With a 2+ mile WIFI antenna and indoor dedicated router, this option allows inter-connectivity for connected systems and devices. Remote monitoring of the LVenergy™ system is possible with the iPhone & Android app for real-time power visibility and management.
The Chef’s Kitchen Option hosts Outdoor Cooking with a brand new marine-grade gas powered barbeque, system propane connectivity, movable kitchen island and folding grille table.
The Hi-Fi Audio package features surround sound though out the entire unit. 8” Architectural Speakers with independent tweeters are mounted in the ceiling in every room. Two down-firing exterior speakers may be independently controlled for true multi-zone volume control.
Spa-Bathroom package includes towel warmer for ambient heating, humidity control and quick-towel drying. Glass panel shower has hardwood floor and back-panel floor to ceiling with skylight installed above. Outdoor shower is installed just rear of patio deck
