We set out to answer one question: how far can a home go on its own?
Eight years and dozens of Living Vehicles later, the answer is the LV Line. Every one is a small power plant with a home built around it: a home that carries more water and, on PRO models, makes its own. Solar does the daily work. A large lithium battery stores it. A backup generator, standard on every model, covers the cloudy stretches. The result is time off-grid measured in weeks.
What changed on the way to production
Last summer we shared the first designs one feature at a time. Building it taught us what to keep and what to simplify:
- One build standard. Every LV Line trailer is built the same way, to one standard, so it can be built well and serviced anywhere. Select upgrades are fitted by our service center after delivery.
- Built-in redundancy. Solar first, a generator behind it, propane where it makes sense.
- Proven parts. Where an exotic component couldn't be serviced on the road, we chose one that can.
What's next
The LV Line starts at $175K. Reservations are open, fully refundable, and holders receive final specifications and first access to pre-orders.
