The first rule of a good building applies on wheels too: get the envelope right and everything inside works better.
The shell. A welded steel chassis and body frame, clad in aluminum. Closed-cell spray foam seals the roof and floor, and the walls are insulated end to end, so the trailer holds its temperature in desert heat and mountain cold. A coated roof sheds sun and weather. Dual-pane windows and insulated, gasketed hatches with positive latches keep the outside out.
Storage that travels. Lightweight, rigid cabinetry with quality hardware that stays shut on washboard roads. A hanging closet, a pull-out pantry, deep drawers and under-seat storage inside; insulated exterior lockers for skis, boards and tools outside.
Towing. The LV Line carries a lot: solar, a large battery, water, a generator and a full home. Plan on a ¾-ton or heavier truck. The payoff is generous cargo capacity, so you can bring the gear that makes a trip. Exact ratings for each model are shared with reservation holders.
